Bookings Terms & Conditions

By booking via bnetwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit required 

 The deposit required for each reservation corresponds to the total prepayment of the stay. 

Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full deposit. 

2. Payment methods

bnetwork accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfer. 

An administration fee of 2% of the requested amount will be charged for each financial transaction. This fee is non-refundable.

3. Billing 

- bnetwork collects deposits for all bookings. 

- Deposits are then transferred in full to the individual hotels.

- bnetwork will provide you with a booking confirmation showing the amount of the deposit paid, but will not provide you with an official invoice for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction from your final invoice, issued by the hotel on departure. 

The balance due on this final invoice must be paid directly to the hotel by you, before your departure.

4. Modification

You can modify your reservations directly on our website via the “My Account” section or by email: hotel.cww@bnetwork.com
Requests for changes and/or cancellations made by telephone will not be considered valid and confirmed.

Name changes can be made at any time and without restriction.

Any changes will be confirmed or not depending on the availability of the hotel at the time of the request.

5. Cancellation policy 

 All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to: hotel.cww@bnetwork.com

Cancellation charges may apply, in accordance with the conditions below:

- Up to and including Thursday July 24th 2025, in case of cancellation, the deposit paid will be refunded in full. 

- From Friday, July 25th, 2025: in case of cancellation or curtailment, the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay originally booked.

All bookings already made are due to the hotel in full. 

In all cases, cancellation penalties are non-refundable and cannot be used to credit another reservation or overnight stay.
